Autumn at Dora: new seasonal desserts in our display case

Autumn has arrived at Dora, and it has brought some new sweet treats with it. Shorter days and cooler mornings are the perfect excuse for a warm coffee and something sweet on the side, and our display case in the centre of Varaždin is ready for the new season.

This season's autumn and winter favourites include a pecan tart, a Basque cheesecake and a gluten-free individual dessert, along with a few more sweet newcomers. The pecan tart pairs a crisp pastry base with the rich, nutty flavour of pecans, while the Basque cheesecake is known for its caramelised, almost burnt top and creamy centre.

We are especially happy about the gluten-free individual dessert, made for anyone who avoids gluten but still wants a cake with their coffee. If you have any questions about ingredients or allergens, just ask our staff.
